Whilst it is fundamentally vital for the creative child, to be free to play. It is equally important for the responsible adult to bring in the time-line, market realities and budget.

We at PLAYPen have a primary focus on informatics and design ethos, space exists for a reason. Our mandate is to communicate that design through multiple mediums, in a manner that fosters understanding. Then we systematically engineer the flow of information to all members of the Professional Team, for a well-anticipated execution. Through this methodology only, we have proven for more than 15 years to maintain orientation on project budget through the process of design realization. An extensive estate-home alteration expanding the property from 970m² to 1,428m² under roof. The project reshapes the existing residence into a more substantial architectural composition with clear outdoor connection and a stronger sense of arrival.
