Northern Wholesale Tiles is a proposed new tiling showroom in Edenburg, Sandton. The project positions retail display as a spatial experience, bringing structure, light, facade presence, and product rhythm into a single customer journey.

The design supports the commercial needs of a showroom while giving the brand a more deliberate architectural presence. Product is not treated as stock alone; it becomes the texture, surface, and sequence through which the building is read.
